You may use this website for lawful purposes connected with enquiring about or using our services. You may not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
Our tools and guidance
The duty and VAT estimator, commodity code lookup, transit times and guidance articles on this site are provided for general information. Tariff data is derived from public HMRC sources and may not reflect the latest position.
An estimate is not a customs declaration or professional advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information declared to HMRC. Speak to us before relying on any figure for a live shipment.
Quotations and services
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Any quotation we issue is subject to our trading conditions and to the rates and space available at the time of booking.
Our services are supplied subject to the British International Freight Association (BIFA) Standard Trading Conditions, a copy of which is available on request.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
